What is this?
WILL UPDATE WHEN A NEW DATE HAS BEEN DECIDED. SORRY!

Plan on three hours to explore some forest service double track, some rolling chip and seal and maybe a stop at the swinging bridge. Bring your suspension on your body or on your bike, gravel or mountain bikes will do.

Starting at Van Zandt's country store in Blue Ridge, we will cruise the chip and seal on Double Head Gap Road to Forest Service Road 58 and began a long beautiful climb along side Noontootla Creek to Five Forks, traverse FS 42 to the amazing descent down to the Fish Hatchery. From there we will hit gravel and double track for the Adventure portion of the ride.

After the creek crossing we climb up to the turn for the famed swinging bridge. We can decide who wants to stop and take a look and grab photo or who wants to jump on and finish the ride back at Van Zandt's for post ride chow - about 20 minutes rolling double track and gravel back to the pavement for the spin in.

Approx. ride will be 3 to 3.5 hours and is gravel bike and MTB friendly. Due to the climbing and terrain in the Blue Ride area this is more of an intermediate ride but will be at a fun and social pace. Loretta, Diane & Karen from the race team will make sure no one gets lost or is left behind. We will regroup as needed.

Guests are welcome including Sorella fellas. Registration is not required but recommended so we have an idea of who will be riding.

Van Zandt's Riverwalk Grill & Grocery is a great spot to grab lunch after the ride.

Hope to see many of you out there!
