Reformation Brewery (Woodstock)
Starting at sponsor Reformation in Woodstock, it‘s a short ride over to the Olde Rope Mill trails which includes lovely smooth flowy goodness making this a great option for all level of mountain bikers (or even some gravelers needing some single track practice!).
Floyd Rd. trailhead/Comet Trail Cycles
Starting from Comet Trail Cycles/Floyd Ride (mile 4.2) this ride is an out and back on the flat Silver Comet Trail. Target distances are 22, 32 and 54 miles – but with an out and back route you can easily adjust to the distance that will work for you. The ride is open to Sorellas, fellas and friends, and is definitely beginner friendly. Be ready to roll at 10:00 AM.
Stone Mountain Park, West Gate Walk-up parking lot
Starting from the West Gate parking lot at Stone Mountain, we ride combinations of the 5-mile inner park loop and the 7-mile outer park loop roads for a total distance of around 20 miles. The pace is around 12-14 mph. Rolling flat to gentle climbing terrain. This ride is beginner friendly and there are very few turns so you can‘t get lost. The traffic is light, and the road is well lit, but you must have lights (a req‘t of the park). This ride is open to Sorellas, and fellas who are comfortable riding at Sorella pace.
Various distance and paced rides for road, gravel and MTB followed by a potluck lunch afterwards. This event is open to any women, so bring along your non Sorella friends!
